Service agreement
This agreement is concluded between you (the client) and Bobus Marketing - VBB & Partners s.r.o. (hereinafter "we", "us" or "our company"). By approving this document you agree to the terms set out below.
Our offer
We will optimise your Google Business Profile with the goal of reaching a pre-agreed ranking in the Google Local Pack results for your target area [location] and your main keyword, within 90 days.
Scope of services
As part of the cooperation, we provide you in particular with:
- A complete audit and optimisation of the Google Business Profile
- Optionally the creation of a website including SEO optimisation
- Setting up a system for obtaining reviews
- Creating a weekly posting plan including a content strategy
- An analysis of the competition and a clear definition of your position on the market
- Reports on rankings and the progress of the cooperation at the agreed frequency (once a week / once every 14 days / once a month)
- Ongoing support, optimisation and adjustments throughout the entire 90 days
What we need from you
In order to provide the services, we need access to your Google Business Profile and to your website. We will always inform you in advance before making any major changes. After receiving payment, we will send you detailed instructions on how to securely grant us the necessary access.
Guarantee
We guarantee that within 90 days we will reach the agreed goal in the Google Local Pack for your main keyword in the target area. If that does not happen, we will suspend your billing. We keep working and only resume billing once the goal is reached, from the following billing period.
The guarantee is conditional on you providing us with all the necessary cooperation - in particular securing the required access and delivering the materials we request. The specific terms of the guarantee are agreed individually during negotiations.
Exclusivity
For the duration of our cooperation, we undertake not to provide the same service to your direct competitors in your target area and industry. In every city and industry we work with only one partner.
Payment terms and termination
The cooperation is not bound by a long-term contract beyond the agreed period. The cooperation can be terminated with a one-month notice period (with the quarterly plan always after the end of the given quarter). We will put the exact terms in writing for you before the cooperation begins.
